Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
The Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course for the Age of Aquarius can simply be an experience of personal development as you get to know the powerful science and practice of Kundalini Yoga.
However, this course qualifies the trainee to teach Kundalini Yoga both in Portugal and abroad.
Its main objectives are:
• Realise the fundamental teachings and concepts of Kundalini Yoga;
• Have a transformative experience through the practice of these teachings;
• Develop the skills, confidence and awareness needed to teach Kundalini Yoga;
• Developing a conscious lifestyle;
• Develop a group spirit with the other course participants and experience 3HO’s sense of community worldwide;
• Develop the connection to the “Golden Chain” through the teachings of the master Yogi Bhajan.
This 220-hour training program and its trainers are approved by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), the world body that regulates and preserves the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

Module 7 + 8: 1 – 4 March 2025 with Gurujot Kaur & Amrit Sádhana Singh
Module 9 + Intensive Meditation Day: 25 – 27 April 2025 with Satya Kaur & Devta Singh
Ashram Experience: 5 – 9 June 2025 with Shiv Charan Singh
Venue: Ashram Ram Dass Guru, Sintra – Portugal
