Beyond the gunas, doshas, tattwas and chakras we arrive at the fundamental anatomy of the soul. The 10 Spiritual Bodies are in service of the soul’s journey; the path to crystallisation.
This program will review the 10 Spiritual Bodies in depth along with their parallel relationship to Numbers and the lives of the 10 Sikh Gurus.
The relation and distinction between Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma will also be made clear.

These 5 days also qualify for the final stage of the KRI Level 1 Instructor Training for Kundalini Yoga Teachers of the Aquarian Age, as organized by the Karam Kriya School.
 Event open to all students (not just KY Teacher Training trainees)
