This module provides an overview of the whole training and especially focuses on qualities associated to number 3.

The properties of the positive mind and number 3 in communication. Through the sequence 3 – 1 – 4 – 2:

• Training the positive mind; it is the busy part of your mind
• Comparing, competing
• Changing the patterns of self-shaming, self-betrayal, self-deceit, self-denial, self-conceit
• Reprogramming for success
• Yes is easy to say, but the hardest thing to mean
• Effective affirmations; why they do not work and what makes them work
• 3 levels of equality and the true meaning of acceptance
• the right to exist, the right to be happy; I am as I am, and I am ok!
• Action counts; becoming visible; include yourself in the picture
• Do what you can, not what you believe you must
• Language as action; a catalyst
• Optimizing the effects of repeated actions and statements
• Play the game to go beyond the games; swim, don’t drown

45 Wednesdays over 3 years:  Online classes from 9h to 12.30h WEST/BST (Portugal/UK time)
Complementary material: pre-recorded lectures, reading material, diagrams, research, homework, and others.
Interactive group work with peers and mentors throughout the whole program.
Technical support during the Online meetings.
