This module provides an overview of the whole training and especially focuses on qualities associated to number 4.

The properties of the Neutral Mind and number 4 in communication. Through the sequence 4 – 3 – 2 – 1:

• Being human; from taker to giver; attitude of gratitude and service
• Take it to heart; bring everything to the heart
• Bud of awakening; strong heart; nucleus of love
• The cup of prayer; big heart; deep and wide
• Fall into heart, don’t let heart fall; true sense of trust
• Love of love and be-loved
• The company you keep; We-in-me; inner sense of community; communicating through ‘we’
• Consciousness give possibilities, opportunities and choice
• Decision making, inspiration and commitment to the choiceless choice
• Losing touch with reality; the blessings of confusion, the curse of numbness; wake up from the default of hypnosis
• The 4 troubles and the 4 blessings
• Working with doubt, hesitation, paralysis, apathy, heavy heart, grief, pain and the wounds of betrayals, broken trust is a broken heart
• touching base with true inner self; the archaeology of the soul
• Press pause; reality check; stop, be, breath, feel
• Poetic sense of the moment; applied consciousness
• The point of life is to be a point; have an appointment with yourself, otherwise, you miss the point and fall into disappointment

45 Wednesdays over 3 years:  Online classes from 9h to 12.30h WEST/BST (Portugal/UK time)
Complementary material: pre-recorded lectures, reading material, diagrams, research, homework, and others.
Interactive group work with peers and mentors throughout the whole program.
Technical support during the Online meetings.
