This module provides an overview of the whole training and specially focus on qualities associated to number 5.

The focus is on the word, Why words, why conversation is so important
Word is God, God is word. What does it mean in everyday conversation
Developing our attention to word, sensitivity to word,

• 5 voices of human communication (4 + 1)
• Communication is consciousness; discover your voice and become your word – a language you can live by
• The what, how, why, when of our words
• Who is communicating to who
• Internal and external communication
• Number dictionary as a decoding system for our communication
• Heal our language to heal the world: the synchronicity between our language and our experience
• Experience is our teacher. Sound is an experience; what is it teaching us; learning how to learn
• 5 is the number of balance, harmony
• The bridge of interface – between each other and between heaven and earth
• The central significance of 5: 5 senses, 5 elements, 5 humours, 5 body layers, 5 stages on the path, etc.
• Introducing the 4 sequences for conscious communication
• Change through exchange; the feedback loop in conversation
• The physical body as a spiritual body; a temple to serve the spirit
• Other themes include – paradox, sacred sacrifice, transformation and transmutation

are made transparent and their purpose brought to completion (Kriya).

we can formulate new life patterns (dharam) that serve the realization of our highest potential (spirit).

Training format

45 Wednesdays over 3 years:  Online classes from 9h to 12.30h WEST/BST (Portugal/UK time)
Complementary material: pre-recorded lectures, reading material,  diagrams, research, homework, and others.
Interactive group work with peers and mentors throughout the whole program.
Technical support during the Online meetings.
