Description

The main objectives of this training are:

• Realise the fundamental teachings and concepts of Kundalini Yoga;
• Have a transformative experience through the practice of these teachings;
• Develop the skills, confidence and awareness needed to teach Kundalini Yoga;
• Developing a conscious lifestyle;
• Develop a group spirit with the other course participants and experience 3HO’s sense of community worldwide;
• Develop the connection to the “Golden Chain” through the teachings of the master Yogi Bhajan.

The training will be given in Portuguese and English

Requirements to obtain certification:

• Attend and participate in all training sessions. The maximum duration of the training is 2 years. It is possible to make up a missed session in a subsequent training, or in any of the trainings offered by the Karam Kriya School in the rest of the world.
• Satisfactorily teach two practical lessons, assessed by a trainer.
• Payment of all instalments.
• Participation in a minimum of 5 group sadhanas.
• Participation in a minimum of 20 Kundalini Yoga classes taught by a KRI-certified instructor.
• Participation in an Intensive Meditation Day.
• Reading and studying the entire training manual, as well as the chapters of “The Master’s Touch” by Yogi Bhajan.
• Complete a personal meditation practice lasting 40 days.
• Satisfactory completion of two yoga class curricula.
• Overcoming an exam at home.
• Comply with the 3HO Code of Professional Standards for Kundalini Yoga Teachers.

On completion of the requirements, within the time allowed of 2 years from the start of the training, the student will obtain the KRI International Certificate for Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructors, according to Yogui Bhajan.
This course is approved by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and is recognised by the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA).

Conditions:
The course must be attended by a minimum of 12 students.
Course taught in Portuguese/English.
